[c-nsp] Cat 4900M crash

Hi, list!

We have cisco WS-C4900M (MPC8548) processor (revision 2)
with cat4500e-entservicesk9-mz.122-54.SG.bin IOS on it
at remote location.

It is used to connect to some IXP an have BGP peerings.
Some strange things happens when techs on IXP perform
maintenance tasks such as software upgrade on their equipment.
If they need to reboot their switch our connection terminates on
our cat 4900m crashes.

The physical port for this connection was replaced.
IOS was upgraded to cat4500e-entservicesk9-mz.122-54.SG1.bin.
Nothing changed.

Last lines from log always the same:

Several cat 4900m-s in another locations works fine with the same IOS 
versions.

Does anybody has similar problems with these switches?
Unfortunatelly we havn't smartnet for these switches and I can't open
TAC case. I have several crashinfo files and can send them to anybody
who can help.
