[c-nsp] Multicast packets dropping at 6509

Couple of things:

1) What is the TTL set on the packets? If it is set to 1, it won't cross a L3 boundry.
2) On the Layer 3 switches, what are the multicast settings on the L3 interfaces (pim sparse, pim dense, etc...)

How many bits/packets per second?

What linecards are you using?
