I used to use IPPlan a long time ago but dumped it because of the
developer's poor attitude towards IPv6 (which I was deploying at the
time) as shown in that FAQ entry. I presumed that attitude would turn
off potential contributors plus I have a general policy of not
supporting anti-IPv6 things.
I currently use HaCi, which is simplistic, but sometimes simple is good.
