RAM on the Sup720's MSFC3 can be picky. I'd have to look it up to
confirm, but at some point during the production of the MSFC3, Cisco
changed RAM types it uses.
Have managed to fix 'broken' Sup720-3bxl boards that refuse to boot by
swapping them to the older RAM types, and suddenly they are happy.
