Intressting link, helps to understand PIM Stub :-)
Started off with IPBase on the CE and* ip pim passive on* the SVI.
For testing purpose I upgraded the CE to IPservices. --> still the same
behaviour :-(
BTW: I use static rp and pim sparse.
