[c-nsp] SIP 400 reload due to power supply issue

Hi
I have 7606 chassis equipped with SIP 400 that reloading from time to time due to power supply issue, i don't know why in spite of the available power is 1237.74 Watts

system power total = 2669.10 Watts (63.55 Amps @ 42V)
system power used = 1431.36 Watts (34.08 Amps @ 42V)
system power available = 1237.74 Watts (29.47 Amps @ 42V)
