[c-nsp] SIP 400 reload due to power supply issue

Hi 

I have 7606 chassis equipped with SIP 400 that reloading from time to time due to power supply issue, i don't know why in spite of the available power is 1237.74 Watts

Any idea please if the problem with the power supply or the power source .
