[c-nsp] Cisco 7600 ES/ES+ licensing

Hi,

From what I can tell this licensing is "honesty system" at this stage. I don't believe it is enforced in current software code, but that doesn't mean it won't be at some point in the future.

When I looked recently I couldn't find anything definitive on this, just a couple of forum posts suggesting the above.

Cisco stance is obviously that if you're going to use the features from the Advanced license, then you need to purchase it.
