[c-nsp] 4500-X Rommon upgrade

Hi Guys,

Followed this guide (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/release/note/OL_24829.html) which worked (Did take a lot longer than expected though!), and it states that config-register must be set to 0x2102 - Post upgrade, it doesnt mention that you have to change it back to what it was originally - Is it necessary to change it back?
