[c-nsp] ios xr upgrade from 4.1.2 to 4.3.0

I see the following. can I run 4.3.0 on this "A9K-RSP-4G" ?

4.3 merged the two.   Should be able to run the same version in the 4g/440
and the rsp used in asr9001
