[c-nsp] Sh mod VSS pair

Hi All, happy new year, the sh mod switch 2 command on a VSS pair shows the following line

Mod  4  Distributed Forwarding Card WS-F6700-DFC3C     SAL1443X9PK  1.4    MinFail

The woorying bit is the status field MinFail…..is this module about to fail??
