Flexible NetFlow (FNF) <> IPFIX. FNF = feature-set allowing flexible configuration of NetFlow v9 key and non-key flow telemetry export fields. FNF has been around for several years, and is now pretty broadly available on most Cisco routing/layer-3 switch platforms/OSes to one degree or another.

It isn't configurable, and there's no need to configure it. Just set up your flow monitors, flow records, flow caches, flow exporters and collection/analysis system, and you should be good to go.
