[c-nsp] 7200 - G1 PortChan MTU

Tested this "issue" on a spare 7200/G1, and this was the result:
Couldnt change mtu on physical ints to 1500(i.e. It remained as 1998, but didnt throw an error/complain), without first changing them to something other than 1500 (i.e. mtu 1997), then was able to change them to 1500.
Once physical ints were @1500, I still couldnt change the portchan to 1998 (Threw the same "% At least one member of the channel group 1 is not a 2FE port adapter" error)
Only solution was to default the physical Ints, change the mtu on the the portchan to 1998, and then add the physical Ints back to the portchan, and then all is happy @ 1998.
