Perhaps span/rspan if you just wanna mirror the traffic off to another port
and look it it.

Subject: [c-nsp] Layer 2 Traffic Monitoring
Hello, everyone
Could you please help me in trouble with traffic monitoring.
We have IX-network with a pair ME3400 with only Layer 2 enabled. All
providers connected to this switches communicate directly with each other
(we use route servers).
Now we need traffic monitoring for IX network. But the problem is that some
of these providers buy Internet connection from the same link. That's why we
need to separate internet traffic from the local.
Is there any solution for this problem, except the usage of Netflow?
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
Samar
