We have found that you can "fix" single prefix or mpls labels by
Removing the route from the box (i.e not propogating it to the box)
Waiting about 10 minutes
Reinserting the route
I have never figured out what the "excact" time is or what needs to timeout but something does.
A quick remove replace does not work
Best guesss is that it remains programmed in the hardware for a certain time before being removed for good.
At least this has worked for us in the past and we haven't needed to reboot
