[c-nsp] Metro Ethernet nightmares (L2PT, PBB-VPLS, Load Balancing, EVPN)

I have to apologize for the confusion. 
Since XR4.3.0 there's a support for PBB font-end for the good old VPLS  -
NOT PBB-EVPN as I mentioned in my email. 

The new PBB-EVPN is going to be introduced on Oct/2013 and EVPN in 2014.

Hi Holger,
The EVPN functionality is available only on ASR9k XR4.3 so far.
