[c-nsp] 6509 console access problem

Yes : 

line con 0
 exec-timeout 5 0

but it reach a week until know and I am enable to access the router console neither to make a wr :

  Dears ,

   I have no console access on my 6509 , I see I have an idle console connection but I am eable to clear it , "neither clear line"  nor "clear line console"  solve the problem
