WAN-PHY could do this.
I always prefer LAN-PHY, particularly if you run the DWDM
network over which it's provisioned. There really isn't much
you gain during troubleshooting by having WAN-PHY, if you
have access to the DWDM network. So don't take the bandwidth
tax.
