It is line rate 44 Gbps full duplex. It actually supports 65 Mpps x 2 since for full duplex.

Hi - Trying to confirm the L3 performance of the ME3600X...I see in one datasheet (http://www.cisco.com/en/US/prod/collateral/switches/ps6568/ps10956/data_sheet_c78-601946.html),
 65 Mpps (forwarding rate) is listed?
