[c-nsp] new Cisco's NCS> ISP flagship router

EZChip's stock went up a bunch the day the NCS was announced. The
analysts take was the ASR platform will continue to use EZchip and
newer cards will use the NP-5 chip. EZchip also issued a press release
stating that.

I would fully expect nPower to replace EZChip across the board and Linux to
replace QNX in every XR platform.
So probably in medium term ASR9k users can capitalize on the SW+HW innovations
that went into NCS.
