Well, you could decleare Te2/1 a trunk, and gi1/18 an access port in
vlan 104...
Besides, I'd guess that the 7600 hardware cannot do local switching
unless you have ES or SIP/SPA cards. But that's guessing, based on
general limitations of the cat6k hardware.
