The thing to remember is that even if you're using OSPFv3 to
carry IPv4 NLRI, you still need an IPv6 link layer.
I first saw this capability in OSPFv3 back in the early days
of Junos 9. But we ran IS-IS then so the temptation was
shortlived :-).
