At Interop a few years back, Extreme switches in the infrastructure were 
being blown up and we turned to APC isolation equipment.  They had a 
nice little 1U unit that seemed to do the trick.

Obviously it would be better to figure out the problem---probably ground 
loop-related---but this might buy you some time while you figure out 
what the problem is and, more importantly, how to solve it (which can be 
very difficult or even impossible in some buildings).
