[c-nsp] 2960S flex stack issue

Hello everyone

from the past few hours I am stuck with trouble shooting flex stack on 2960

i have two Ws-c2960s-24ts-l running c2960s-universalk9-mz.150-2.SE5 with flex stack module
i have a flex stack cable given in the box labeled as Leoni

the flex stack module is discovered
and i have cleared the configs and patches the modules and powered both  of them

the flex stack ports stays down all the time
the boot log as follows
