[c-nsp] 2960S flex stack issue

Hi nick
yes we connected 1-2 and 2-1
both switches says down down

we tried enabling and disabling the stack ports too

bad flexstack cable? bad port in the flexstack module?   did you connect both flexstack cables?  (1 -> 2 and 2 -> 1)
