[c-nsp] CCIE cert

Can anyone tell me the rules regarding disassociating their CCIE from their
current employer and contracting out to a channel partner?  My current
employer does not use my cert and they also did not pay for it.

Are there any CCIEs out there currently doing this? I would appreciate
insight into what to expect, problems, etc., as well as what rate to expect
for contracting out a CCIE?
