Cisco's OSPFv3 seems to have been through at least three different syntax
re-thinks.

interface x
now is it...
 ospfv3 N network point-to-point
or...
 ospfv3 N ipv6 network point-to-point
or...
 ipv6 ospf network point-to-point
?
