Yeah, this one I know. Very funny. (But supposedly fixed quite a while
ago in all still-maintained SX* trains).
The other one was news to me - and indeed, first thing I did was check
whether there are any "down" peers, and I had one that was shutdown.
Since my original mail, the prefixes in "pending" went down to only 2,
so it might have helped. Or it just took a while to find a "quiet" time
with no updates between two scanner runs, or whatever...
