[c-nsp] Affinity/Link coloring

Yes they use the same affinity attribute. Junos just associates a name 
with the value to make it easier to deal with.  IOS-XR is similar to 
Junos, they use an affinity-map with a name to value mapping and you 
assign affinities by name.
