[c-nsp] ME3600: EVC and PVST transparency

Hi guys,


I understand ME3600 only supports MST on EVC's, however I am quite surprised
that I cannot even l2protocol "tunnel" or "forward" the (tagged) rapid-pvst
BPDU's (DA: 01000CCCCCCD).

Is this really expected behavior? I'm mapping the service instance into a
bridge-domain, its not an xconnect, but I expected this to work anyway.


It currently looks like I can't provide PVST transparency on a bridge-domain
based A to B transport, which works fine on non-EVC platforms (even on extinct
dinosaurs like a Catalyst 3550).


Maybe this works only on xconnect based EVCs (I don't know), but my actual
requirement is to achieve this on a bridge-domain based transport.

Running 15.3(3)S3 btw.



Any hints appreciated.
