[c-nsp] 7600 high cpu due to BGP process

Hi dumitru,
Check if your bgp clients withdrawing or announcing routes frequently,
monitor your bgp routing table version number. Also try reducing routes you
receive from upstream provider.

If you would give clear picture about your network then it would be easy to
understand and suggest you.
