[c-nsp] BGP doesn't advertise prefixes

Hi Adam,

I once tried removing the route-map from the BGP peer and as result we got
all routes advertised. I then double tripple check on the route-map, still
found no mistake so far. I will try as you recommended, but won't be able
to do straight away, it's in production network and need approval.
