[c-nsp] Running CG-NAT in XRv (GNS3)

Aaron, if I am not mistaken, CGNAT on ASR9K is implemented on a special
line card, so it's not really a native ios xr feature... I don't believe
the software would be enough.

It might work with ios-xe...
