So, you have a virtual machine running win7, inside in that virtual machine
you install virtualbox and try to run IOS-XRv in virtualbox.

I'd suggest this is a highly unsupported configuration, and it will be slow.
Why do you not run IOS-XRv directly in the virtual machine instead of Win7?
