[c-nsp] SFPs (Third party) - ordered "standard" LH, but got "ZX"

Oh one more thing: I’ve noticed that some 10KM SFPs come as 20km capable:

SMF - 20 km
SMF - 20000 meters
OM4 - 320 meters
Wavelength: 1310.00nm
It’s possible that the router interprets >10km as ZX.
