[c-nsp] Flexible Netflow unsupported on virtual templates in IOS XE?

Hi,

When I try to add a Flow Monitor to a Virtual-template I get the following
error.

% Flow Monitor: Flow Monitor 'NF-MONITOR' Virtual Interface Unsupported

This was tested on a Cisco ASR1001 (PPPOE/BRAS) with IOS XE 3.12.0S /
15.4(2)S.
Is this a *known* issue/limitation for the IOS XE platform?
