[c-nsp] Mixing 2960S and X in stack

And here I was thinking about adding a 2960X to 2960S stack. Thanks for helping me dodge a bullet! It is the simple stuff that is the hardest.

Gert has given the answer.  Yes,  you can mix them but there are so many caveats... I've advised our team to just not think about mixing them ever.  Better to swap out 2960s elsewhere with a 2960x to get a 2960s stack member!  ;)
