[c-nsp] ME3600 EoS?

Hi Waris,

Are there any plans to alleviate the scaling restrictions of RSP2 so that it can use the full 4G of memory please?
In other words are there any plans for RSP2 to have a similar scale as the RSP1B with future SW releases please?
