I should point out that there is quite a number of customers (*especially*
in the SP space) that *want* CLI.

Nice and fancy centralized management thingies are a good way to have your
whole network explode in a coordinated way, but we really like the "every
router makes their own decision, and can be configured and debugged on its
own".  So CLI is important.

(And, besides that, XR or not is not really about "CLI" - it's about
scalability, robustness, in-service patching of bugs, restarting of 
individual processes if needed, ...)
