I am not sure about the functionality , but the option under the vpnv4 address-family exists
RP/0/0/CPU0:XR1(config)#router bgp 1
RP/0/0/CPU0:XR1(config-bgp)#neighbor 2.2.2.2
RP/0/0/CPU0:XR1(config-bgp-nbr)#address-family vpnv4 unicast
RP/0/0/CPU0:XR1(config-bgp-nbr-af)#?
aigp Enable AIGP for this neighbor
