[c-nsp] Cisco console port to USB

Me too, I have two of them from way back when.  

Lately though I've been using AirConsole, they have a Bluetooth connection option,  or you plug in the AirConsole and connect to it over Wi-Fi.

This is the best USB to serial adapter ever.

I'm still using mine from ~2004 or so.
