Newer silicon (Cisco Carrier Ethernet ASIC), IOS XE, 4-port, 10-port,
12-port and 24-port versions of the switch, modular line card support,
SDN-ready (FWIW), 2x additional 10Gbps uplink ports, e.t.c.
