We use the IE-3000 series which is smaller than the IE-3010 and probably cost less.
The temp ratings are similar, noting that your temp is governed by enclosure type.
A vented or fan equipped enclosure is needed to get maximum temperature rating.
The IE-3000 is rated for higher altitude than the IE-3010.

Subject: [c-nsp] outdoor rating

Anybody have experience with network devices in covered areas not directly exposed to the elements but exposed to external temperature variations?

Do I need an enclosure or is there exterior models that cam withstand the elements?
 Google-fu revealed Cisco 3010.
