[c-nsp] OSPF totally NSSA and route redistribution

Hi Nicolas,

R8 did the conversion from Type7 to type5 LSA because it has the highest RID.
And R1 did not do the conversion because Type7 LSA in question has already been translated to Type5 LSA.
