[c-nsp] SITE-2-SITE GRE Tunnel Problem with 7600 in Core Network

Nick,
May be I didn't clear myself but tunnel are not on 7600 Router. Tunnel are
between CE1 and CE2.

CE1=======>7600=======> CE2

CE1 is cisco 1800 series router.

Here is the config on 7600 Router:
