[c-nsp] MPLS to CPE and use MACSEC

Gents,

I am planning to extend MPLS to CPE (4321). The main reason is quick
provisioning. We are trying to achieve a plug and play type of service with
minimum configurations.

My plan to use MACSEC between the PE and CE connections. The network is
small and routing table will not be more than 2K routes.

Any comments will be great. I saw a previous thread on this and I believe
the security concerns will be reduced by MACSEC.
