[c-nsp] ASR920 software images

Hello C-listers,

I have an ASR920 that was bought refurb and I am currently jumping
through the hoops to get support but due to it still being under the
previous owners name it's probably going to be painful/drawn out.

I was wondering if anyone could ping me with a download for the below
image or other stable image.

asr920-universalk9_npe.03.16.03a.S.155-3.S3a-ext.bin

Mainly, just need a newer code version so I can do stacked VLAN rewrites.
