No; ASR 920 (and 903/902 too) does intercept and absorb L2PT packets on EPL/EVPL EFPs as we found out the other day, when cross-connecting a user to Amazon.

The only way to prevent it is to 'l2protocol (tunnel|forward)'.  We use 'forward' since we don't have L2 switched environment as uplink.
