[c-nsp] Nexus 3524/48 Licensing model

Hello guys,

I've just purchased a pair of nexus 3524, and I got a question about the 
licensing. How the licensing of the port work ? will the 25th port 
remains shut ? or was it honor based ?
I've tried to enable some feature without the license to make some test 
and it seems to work (with a warning thought).

Is someone experienced with theses boxes ?
