X6748-SFP will run just fine on Sup2T with CFC.  C6800-48P-SFP is practically 6848-SFP-2T rebranded, which in itself is basically X6748-SFP with DFC4.

Sup6T however, requires all line cards to operate in DFC; thus any older supported 67xx cards will need to install DFC4.
