That was why I suggested TAC, to have written confirmation, but an ACM
would do too I guess.

Well in that case you can't open a TAC case anyway. I can appreciated
buying direct from Cisco can be way too expensive at times, however
that would be my preference here, buy from Cisco and get propper
vendor support.
Buy SFPs from third parties, not something critical like a SUP.
